Leonardo da Vinci Partnership

„All Inclusive Partnership – for strenghtening social inclusion“

After the first meeting, the members decided to create an online quality assurance form concerning the organizational and professional aspects of the project. This survey aims to help the work of future organizers and mobility projects. In what follows, we briefly summarize the results of the survey.

1st Mobility to Hungary

Budapest / 23th of november – 26th of November 2011 The members of the project were generally satisfied with the Budapest meeting. The only criticism concerned the lack of visiting the adult and adolescent institutions. They also expected more internship opportunities. According to the visitors, the meeting was well prepared and accurately organized. The replies highlight the usefulness of the meetings and materials. The overall scores prove that the organization met the general expectation of the guests from the professional aspect.

2nd Mobility to Italy

Florence / 27th of march – 30th of june 2012 The general impressions concerning the Florence meeting are quite various. The general level of the event only partly met the expectation of the guests. One of the main criticism is the lack of information before the meeting. However, the presentations and the provided documents were useful from the professional aspect. The hospitality of the local organizers was beyond all expectations.

3rd Mobility to Romania

Baraolt / 6th of june – 9th of june 2012 The general impressions are very positive. The only criticism concerns an organizational issue: the members of the project should have been better informed about some details e.g. cost of meals, accomodation etc. However, the result of the meeting met all expectations.

4th Mobility to Germany

Niederpöcking / 14th of november – 17th of november 2012
A generally satisfying meeting. A critique highlights that high school program in the Pfenningparade was a partly inadequate, since this age is no target group. However, the visits and the documents were highly useful, as well as the presentations.

5th Mobility to Bulgaria

Sofia / 10th of april – 13th of april 2013
The Sofia meeting got quite good overall scores. According to the scores, the program was useful, the distributed documents were informative, the technical background of the project was entirely satisfying. No proposition or comment added to the form.
As the survey shows, the meetings were well organized. The proposed changes, advice and critiques were accepted, which made possible to raise the quality of the meetings. Therefore, the content of the meetings were adjusted to the expectations of the participating experts.
