The description of the event:
The third meeting of the coordinators from the group named "All Inclusive" from the "Leonardo da Vinci partnership" European project(Leo-HU-2011-PA-6020), which was held in Romania, in a town, Barót.
The place and date of theevent:
Bodvaj, 9th- of June 2012

Participants:
The coordinators of the groups from five different countries participating in the "Leonardo da Vinci" European project.
Agenda items:
Discussing the meeting agenda of the next (fourth) meeting of the "Leonardo da Vinci partnership" European Project which will take place in Germany.
Evaluating the third meeting of the "Leonardo da Vinci partnership" European Project which was held in Barót, Romania.
The conference was opened by Erika Kolumbán, whois the program manager of the"Leonardo da Vinci partnership" European Project, and also the chairman of the "Örökmozgó Közhasznú Egyesület" (Örökmozgó Public Association) from Budapest.
Next, the coordinator of the German group, Zsuzsanna Balázs presented the detailed program of the four-day meeting in Germany.
- The time and place of the meeting is 14th-17th November in Starnberg
- The meeting program:
First day: arriving and booking at the “Gasthauszur Sonne” guest house, and meeting
Second day:
- in the morning: -visiting institutions like integrating day care centers, nurseries
- in the afternoon: lecture of a guest psychologist
Third day:
-in the morning:
•gaining information about the employment of disabled people who work for the Allianz, BMW companies through the presentation of a person specialized in working with people with special needs
•visiting different types of schools: reversed integrating, integrating school for every disability
-in the afternoon:
•lecture of a professor about inclusion, who teaches socio-educational instructors in Germany
•talking with 2-3 young people with disabilities, who receive high school or university education
Fourth day: meeting of the group coordinators, departure.
Afterwards, Zsuzsanna Balázs presented the town of Starnberg, the ways of approaching it from different directions. She also clarified some rules regarding the banks’ foreign exchange.
The group coordinators expressed their opinions and satisfaction concerning the program presented for the next meeting in Germany, and they also declared that the meeting in Barót was well organized and met their expectations in every aspect.
